 Happy day before Mother’s Day! Ephesians 6:2-3 says ² “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— ³ “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” God does not tell us to honor our mothers when they are right, He says to honor our mothers, period. That means no matter what! Some of us have good mothers, some of us have not so good mothers. Regardless, we are to honor our mothers.
