First 1/2 mile run: double-time Mosey from parking lot to columns at Reservoir & 18th street + back around lot loop up 5 flights of stairs  to pull up bars

Pull ups x 5 OYO

Merkins x 5 ic (10 reps)

Airsquats x 10 ic (20 reps)

50 pull-ups

100 Merkins

200 airsquats
